Edit: Originally gave them one star but I finally talked to someone and they found my most recent packages and got the issue fixed and my packages delivered to my mailbox the same day. I really wish I got the girls name that I talked to because she was amazing! Thanks!”

“I've always had great a great experience at this post office. The post office in general gets a hard time. Whether I'm getting stamps, mailing a package, getting a money order or anything else - the staff are always helpful.Today, I visited because the key to a package locker jammed and I couldn't retrieve the package. I went to the post office in person to ask for assistance. They took down the location details and said someone would check on it. I figured it'd take a while for them to get to it. By the time I'd driven back to the location there was already someone their unlocking it and I got my package. Couldn't ask for better service than that!”

They took me early, happily corrected a couple of my errors, and took a fine picture.Generally, I prefer this PO to the one in Northglenn, which gets claustrophobic when busy, and the line literally goes out the door. The only delays I have experienced here are usually eBay sellers trying to tell the Post Office what the postage is supposed to be, according to eBay.Overall great place with awesome service.”

“The people at this post office are amazing! I just Googled up the Arvada post office to check the Saturday hours, and couldn’t believe the low ratings. I’ve been going there for 30 years, and can’t think of a single instance where I was treated with anything other than kindness and respect. “We had some issues with an item that we ordered on Mercari being delivered timely due to a bad storm in New York, which the package originated from. However, from the moment the package was in Denver, and we were attempting to access it before its delivery date. Paul at this location was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to help us get this package before it was delivered so that my daughter could get her gift for her her boyfriend. In a timely manner due to Valentine's Day, Paul was kind and patient and his knowledge of how the postal system operates. Helped us efficiently find the time to go down to the facility and pick the package up. Additionally Paul took his own time and held the package from the delivery truck specifically Have the opportunity to pick it up before having it delivered later that evening we are truly grateful for his help and for his empathy and his patience.Thank you so much Paul”

Yesterday I got a call from a woman (can't remember her name, will ask and update) telling me she had my mail and that there must have been a miscommunication because we just moved here. She told me that while they were closed "here is the address and the time we open" and was so kind. We actually laughed and talked about the weather not being able to make up its mind, she was so so awesome and made some suggestions about how to ensure the carriers knew that it was okay to leave my mail at my house! Thanks again, kind lady!”

They were able to tell me exactly where it was misdelivered to and I was able to go ask my neighbor for the package. The staff member I spoke with was very friendly and willing to help!”
