First time shipping large quatities using USPS, so I was not familiar with the process. USPS representative AL went out of his way to kindly make suggestions on how to make the process easier and more convenient. Thank you for your help AL!

This was egregious. They gave me the full runaround and had me there for an hour and sent me to the back of the line to ship one envelope. Then charged me 8 dollars to ship it. When all was said and done and I had paid, she told “you could’ve changed how you packed this and it would’ve been cheaper”, but I know she would’ve sent me back again. Rather pay their ludicrous prices just to not wait another half an hour in the post office. Very inconsiderate and very bad customer service.

Lady was nice, but obviously they don’t know how to read because I paid $10 to send my package TO MYSELF even though the sender address was very clearly written on the box. It wasn’t even busy that day.

Their hours state they close at 6pm. I was outside and tried opening to door at 5:56pm. I had a quick drop off so I called the store and they said they were already closed. Absolutely ridiculous!

PO Box and package drop are NOT open 24/7 like the website says.

Front Doors are supposed to stay open for access to the lobby to be able to use the self kiosk and PO Boxes.

I had a package that had two small items in it and the driver never put it in the mail box I had to walk there and get it and it clearly would had fit. That post office is hot nasty and long lines I wanted 45 mins in line cus only one person was working

The people at this place did a poor job with one of my packages, they delivered a key to the wrong mailbox and I lost $200 thanks to them.

They do have some people that are friendly and they are understaffed which makes customer service hard. Thank you for being there and doing your best under circumstances. Smile I understand.

This is absolutely the worst post office I have ever been to. Every single time I come in here it’s horrible. Parking is bad and then when you get in the wait is always horrendous. I came in today and the line was about out the door, and there was only one employee working the front desk. Not her fault it’s the post offices fault for not having the appropriate employees but what is her fault is the speed to which she was working. Anyways, I would recommend going to a different location because this place is just absolutely horrible. I waited 30 minutes and then left as I am pregnant and standing that long is not good for me physically I felt like I was going to pass out. Would not recommend coming here! Avoid!!!!
