Made an appointment, requested new card, said it was all fine according to the Wells Fargo employee, 3 weeks later never received it. Go back, they have no idea what happened... Service has been steadily going down for years now at Wells Fargo in general.

This branch of Wells Fargo has always been so incredible to work with! The staff here is incredible. Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lincy. She was knowledgeable, patient and so friendly. I will most definitely be coming back to work with her in the future! 10/10 experience.
