Small room. 2 flights of metal stairs - not dog paw friendly. Had to carry 35 lb. Dog up & down. Good value though.

Wonderful motel , clean , friendly and perfect setting on the river. We enjoyed our stay . We had our dog with us and the motel is very dog friendly .

Great place to stay when in Ouray! John is very kind and personable. When I was researching where to stay, I feel like it wasn’t advertised as well on how amazing the views are from the rooms! 10/10 recommend and will absolutely be back!
