“This place is amazing. The view, the people working there, the view! (Yes I know i said view twice. Its not a mistake). The spots are not so close together that you feel like you are on top of one another. The common areas are clean and very nice. The campground is located right on the river walk that allows you to have a very short but very nice walk into town. The people working the front desk are knowledgeable of the area and the campground.”

“Absolutely amazing! The owner made us feel so welcome. They had free hot chocolate and coffee, smores kits and a fire pit out back, with blankets to wrap up in. The location was perfect. We loved everything about this property and will definitely be back.”

“From the moment I interacted with the team at Hot Springs Inn, I was impressed by the professionalism and genuine kindness of everyone involved. During a time when wildfires created a great deal of uncertainty for travelers, the staff remained calm, patient, and incredibly helpful. Every conversation was handled with compassion, and it was obvious they truly cared about their guests rather than simply going through the motions.
What stood out most was how well the management team communicated during a challenging situation. They took the time to answer questions thoroughly, provide updates when they could, and treat every concern with respect. Even with circumstances beyond anyone's control, they never seemed rushed or frustrated. Instead, they consistently demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and a sincere desire to help.
It's easy to judge a hotel when everything goes perfectly, but you really learn about a business when unexpected challenges arise. The team at Hot Springs Inn showed exactly why outstanding customer service still matters. Their positive attitude, courteous communication, and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression on me.
Exceptional hospitality starts with exceptional people, and Hot Springs Inn clearly has a management team and staff who understand that. I would gladly recommend this property based on their outstanding service alone, and I look forward to staying with them in the future. They have earned both my respect and my trust.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. Our balcony room was beautiful with 360 views of the beautiful mountains. The hotel staff were extremely kind! The Grotto Spa was so relaxing, as well as an incredible vibe. Close to everything downtown.
We will be staying again.”
“First time going to Ouray, CO. We are from Denver, We really enjoyed this hotel. From the moment we got there until we left! The receptionist was great and very friendly. She made us feel welcome. The hotel was great, just like the old west!! Our rooms were spacious, TV could be a little bigger, but it was great. So many things that i can say about this hotel that it would be too long of a review, but if we ever come back, this will be the place i will stay! thank you to the House Keeping ladies, they are great! I highly recommend this place!!”

“My son and I were on a Fall motorcycle trip in Colorado, including Breckenridge, Durango, and Ouray. We’ve visited Ouray a few times previously, always in summer. We decided to try the Abram Inn & Suites as it seemed more intimate, friendly, and being right on Main Street, very convenient. The morning we headed to Ouray from Durango, we left under clear skies and cool temps. Upon getting to the Box Canyon area just outside Ouray, we got caught in sleet, rain, and snow flurries. Fortunately, we only had a few more minutes to ride. However, we were quite cold and although we arrived just after noon, the proprietor came to meet us from her other hotel in town and let us enter our room to get warmed up. Once settled in, we really appreciated the modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean room we were in. And the rooms were very quiet. In the evening, we sat outside under a pavilion which opened to the surrounding town and had a very nice propane fire pit. We enjoyed a glass of wine until it was time to call it a night. And it was such a convenient location that we could walk from one end of town to the other in 10-15 minutes. It was also a block away from hot springs heated pools at Twin Peaks Hotel. All-in-all, a perfect place with wonderful staff. Our new go-to hotel in Ouray.”
“Great place to stay when in Ouray! John is very kind and personable. When I was researching where to stay, I feel like it wasn’t advertised as well on how amazing the views are from the rooms! 10/10 recommend and will absolutely be back!”

“How springs were amazing, the vapor caves were the icing on the cake! The only complaints were the music by the pools was terrible- absolutely ruined the vibes. Spa music would’ve elevated the experience.
Should be more strict on the adult only section since some parents let their kids in there.
Overall our only recommendations are that they need better/more chill music by the pools and maybe adult only hours? Maybe 8-10 pm? Or even better stay open till midnight and make it adults only 8pm-12am.”
“My wife and I had a great stay. The manager, Phoebe and Mark were very helpful and were excellent cooks. My wife especially loved the muffins. The evening complimentary wine was a first for us! The Inn was within walking distance of everything. The story of it's start is very intriguing as well. The nights were cool enough to open the windows. They even have towels available for the hot springs!
The town has a free concert on Thursdays which we attended. It was 35 years since we passed through the area due to the fact it was Winter and were ot abe to stop but were finally able to return this month! Thanks for your hospitality guys!”
