“It's like this most of the time. But the staff here is great. They always have a smile on their faces. They're underpaid underappreciated and lack the staffing to accommodate the influx of packages and people's needs but they do the best with what they got and I appreciate everyone that works here and you should too.”

“My experience could not have been any better!! I had the pleasure of interacting with a gentleman by the name of Brett. Not only did he help me with the basics, but his extra level of customer service went above and beyond. Ensuring that all the little details I missed were prioritized to perfection. The beauty was that he did not only do this for me but also for every customer I saw him assist. Well done, sir!! I look forward to dealing with him again in the future. Brett is not only a valued member of the FedEx team but a blessing to our community as well.”
