“Always friendly service. Love to drop off clothing and non-clothing items in exchange for credit to shop for other items I want to buy. I love the whole crew that works there. Laura and Kristin are awesome and so is Shandley (not sure of the spelling of her name) - they're very personable and enjoyable to talk with. There is such a variety, especially in my favorite area, towards the back and to the right (inside the store) where they have everything from pet toys/supplies, lamps, cool gadgets, bedding, and toiletries to art and office supplies. I always see something that I don't often see in other secondhand stores. The name of the store is perfect...definitely "upscale" - you won't find junk there!”
“We had a great experience here last week when I got a last-minute invite to this snowy state. The two ladies working there were SO friendly and helpful. We wound up spending over $100 on masks, gloves, clothing & 3 'sleds' - or whatever they're called, lol. The racks were packed with shirts, jackets and pants, but since the shop is small, it is difficult to find your size and match your preference. But hey, check it out anyway, you just never know!I'll definitely visit here if I return to Pagosa Springs!”
