“Chris, Majeed, and the rest of their Team have been nothing, but exceptional. I came in with a bad swaying issue with my Jeep Wrangler, which was diagnosed, fixed and riding amazing now. I also had a list of things I wanted installed that they took care of for me: 3.5” lift kit and suspension upgrade, crossover steering kit, rear bumper with spare tire carrier, 12.1 touch screen multimedia player w/360 camera, TPMS tire monitor, OBDII diagnostic scanner. I also had new fenders and fender liners installed. I’m sure I’m leaving something out, but they did an awesome job with everything. All wires were hidden with the audio install and looks really clean. Exceptional job all around, but most importantly I appreciate the honesty and integrity provided throughout the process. Yellow Hammer Racing is definitely locked in for all of my automotive care and car audio needs.”

“These guys are great! I took my Miata MX5 in due to a check engine light coming on (although it had gone out the day I took it in.) They did a complete diagnostic check and said my computer had not recorded the warning light coming on so it was just a fluke. My car was up to date on all the necessary services and I was not charged for the diagnostics. I was certainly expecting a charge, but they wouldn't. I've dealt with them once before and they were great with the repairs and dealing with my warranty insurance. I feel they are very honest and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again!”

“Whenever I go in I am normally working on a piece of my equipment. They don't have a make and model they can just plug in, so it's a lot harder for them to look up. But they take the time to do it properly and always get me what I need. They aren't just there to sell you stuff. They take the time to make sure what you are getting is gonna work for you. They even gave my boy a free Hot Wheels car while we were in there. Can't beat customer service like that!”

When you order parts that come up from Colorado Springs they may arrive that day, the next day, or 3 days from now....and this location does not call you anymore to let you know the part is in. There are a few employees that just blantantly ignore you, and I don't want to say it's because I am a woman....but can't help but feel that way. They seem surprised I know car parts, and tend to dismiss me. The only employee I have consistent quality service from is Shawn/Sean....we talk about Ford trucks and parts! He is very helpful and responsive!Updated May 2023:Well...Anthony the manager restored my faith in this store and rating went from 3 to 5 stars! Kudos Anthony! He was patient and made sure I got exactly what I came for. In addition, he was very polite and professional and was handling 3 customers at one time, and still managed to be attentive to all!Updated July 2023:Have to say that this location has renewed my faith in them! Customer service had really started to dive there for awhile, but things have changed....for the good. They call when parts come in that have been ordered, they have people willing to help find parts in the store, and attitudes are much improved!Update August 2023:I wish this location was more consistent. There are times this place is very helpful and the staff are great, and there are times that the staff are just rude and dismissive. This past visit was the rude and dismissive with Anthony, manager. Please don't talk to me like I am an idiot because I don't know the layout of the store.”

“I was across the street at O’Reilly and the service was disappointing. They used to be more helpful but corporate has limited what they could do. Across the street is Advance Auto Parts and, wow, it was like stepping back in time to when customer service was priority one. Arren went above and beyond in helping me with some lighting issues on my vehicular and saved me hours of time in going place to place in search of help. Arren was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. Don’t hesitate at all in seeking help and good prices at Advance Auto Parts.”

“I purchased a used van with some body damage. I had taken it to 4 previous body shops and none of them would work on my van due to not having a paint booth high enough for the van. Two of the shops initially agreed to do the work, but turned me away when I came to leave the vehicle, costing me several weeks in delays. Aaron was recommended to me by a friend. I took the van to his shop and he spent some time reviewing the damage and said he would do it but it would take a few weeks. I dropped the van off in December and picked it up in January. Aaron sent some pictures while the fix was happening to show the progress. When I picked it up, it was perfect! Aaron even did a little extra by fixing a dent in the C pillar and called it a BOGO, unheard of these days! Thank you, Aaron! I highly recommend Aaron's body shop.
