“It's always a crap shoot when looking for auto repairs, and you can't be certain you're dealing with a reputable dealer, who deals in quality repairs. This fits the bill, and I'm delighted with the results. Ain't cheap (fender repair/front quarter panel on 2016 MDX cost about $2200), and it takes awhile (about two weeks, or ten working days--nature of the business of repairing, painting, cooking paint, etc), but the results were worth it. After the initial inspection to ensure that my vehicle was fixable with PDR, he scheduled the rental car, and drove me to pick it up. Every week during the process, at least twice, I would get an update from him discussing the negotiations with my insurance, the repair process, and then finally he scheduled a detail to be performed on my car right before I picked it up. It looks flawless - you would never even know it had hail damage across the roof, hood, and fenders. Totally amazing. I've already recommended Marcus and Hail Genie to a couple friends and he is my first choice for hail damage in Colorado Springs. What a refreshing way to do business with a positive and proactive attitude!”
