“The overall sales portion of my vehicle purchase was very easy and went well. My sales representative provided excellent service from the beginning through the end of the process (getting my specific Tundra I-Force Max Platinum with my desired options in the time period specified during my initial visit as well as the purchase process at the conclusion of the sales process and vehicle delivery). Again, great service from the inception of the purchase and vehicle trade in process!
My only complaint, minor but, was the detail of the vehicle before delivery. The vehicle has to be a bit touched (hood and front windshield) up after I completed my initial inspection. Once I got the vehicle home, there were some other areas (Moon Roof glass and interior frame mostly, there is an area on the interior of the moon roof glass where one of the marks cannot be removed and the interior frame was not very well detailed/cleaned in the pre-delivery detail process) and a mis-drilled hole in the rear license place location (as a result of the mis-drilled hole, there is now an extra hole in the plastic where the license place is placed. Please note that the extra hole is not visible when the license place is in place).
Based on my experience with Toyota of Colorado Springs, I would not hesitate and would definitely purchase my next vehicle from them again in the future!

“Ted is the best!! If your car has been in an accident, Ted is very fair and he'll get right to work on it, and does many things that I didn't even ask him to do! Like the front panel had to be replaced. So he painted it, but he also painted the 2nd panel, so the color would look just right!! He told me that he treats everyone's car as if it belonged to his Mother! And you can say how much you can pay him, so even if he adds things, you still pay the price that you told him originally. These guys were nice, respectful, honest, better priced and even sent me the Car Fax after they uploaded the repair. I had my AC fixed (it needed a new compressor) so it was a bigger job and they were willing to not only price match, but beat that price by a. TBH, it's not a lot to look at when you first walk in the place, but you can tell that what they didn't spend on first impressions, they more than made up for in professionalism. “We recently bought a used Audi Q5 and brought it to Kleeman for an inspection. Brandon found a list of issues (not exactly what you want to hear!), but he took the time to walk us through everything and actually show us what was going on so we could understand it.
We’ve been getting the work done in stages, and everything has turned out great so far. The quality of the work is excellent, communication is easy and consistent, and they’ve just been really straightforward to deal with.
It’s not always easy to find a shop you trust, but Kleeman has been fantastic. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable local auto repair shop. Thanks guys!”

“My wife and I love this place!Trailer Source of Colorado Springs Service department has excellent, very competitive prices and not once have they ever suggested doing work on our Kodiak that wasn't needed.
In fact, their tech, Brenden, rescued us on I25 when we broke a suspension spring that caused our trailer to collapse onto our tires stranding us on the roadside. In minutes after we called their Service Manager, Bart, Brenden arrived at our location and ensured we were safe as he performed this critical repair on the noisy and dangerous highway.

One thing I really appreciated was that they texted me every step of the way, so I basically had a play-by-play of what was happening with my vehicle and always knew the status of my repairs. That level of communication made a huge difference and gave me peace of mind throughout the process. A special thank you to Stephanie in the front office, who handled all of the communication with me and was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure I stayed informed throughout the entire process.
They also worked directly with Enterprise Car Rental, which made everything incredibly convenient. When I dropped my vehicle off for repairs, my rental car was brought directly to me. Then, once my vehicle was completed and ready for pickup, I was able to simply return the rental at Caliber Collision as well.
I also want to recognize Brandon, the General Manager, for going above and beyond. Insurance did not cover replacing my door handle, but after I purchased the door handle myself, Brandon had it installed at no charge. That level of customer care and willingness to help truly stood out and did not go unnoticed.
