“My wife and I love this place!Trailer Source of Colorado Springs Service department has excellent, very competitive prices and not once have they ever suggested doing work on our Kodiak that wasn't needed.
In fact, their tech, Brenden, rescued us on I25 when we broke a suspension spring that caused our trailer to collapse onto our tires stranding us on the roadside. In minutes after we called their Service Manager, Bart, Brenden arrived at our location and ensured we were safe as he performed this critical repair on the noisy and dangerous highway.

They also worked directly with Enterprise Car Rental, which made everything incredibly convenient. When I dropped my vehicle off for repairs, my rental car was brought directly to me. Then, once my vehicle was completed and ready for pickup, I was able to simply return the rental at Caliber Collision as well.
I also want to recognize Brandon, the General Manager, for going above and beyond. Insurance did not cover replacing my door handle, but after I purchased the door handle myself, Brandon had it installed at no charge. That level of customer care and willingness to help truly stood out and did not go unnoticed.
