“To start, Mike is an honest and admirable business owner.He was quick to respond when I inquired about an estimate. Within the same day, he met me at my work and offered a fair price to repair a dent just above the wheel well of my truck. He thoughtfully explained what he needed to do and how he would go about repairing the dent. He answered all of my questions and was very understanding and respectful. We scheduled an appointment for the following week.He worked on my truck where the dent was along the contoured body line (tough location for paintless dent repair). Mike was able to noticeably improve the dent, but could not remove it as he expected. He then informed me he would not charge me since the repair did not meet his expectations. This completely caught me off guard. I offered multiple times to pay him for his time and told him the dent looked better, albeit visible if you knew where to look. He respectfully refused each time and said it was his responsibility to know what he was getting in to. We shook hands at departure and all he asked for was a Google review and handed me his business card.In summary: Mike is an honest and fair business person and knows his trade well. I would absolutely recommend Tri-Lakes Dent Clinic. If you ever find yourself needing a dent repaired, you should contact them.”

“Chris, Majeed, and the rest of their Team have been nothing, but exceptional. I came in with a bad swaying issue with my Jeep Wrangler, which was diagnosed, fixed and riding amazing now. I also had a list of things I wanted installed that they took care of for me: 3.5” lift kit and suspension upgrade, crossover steering kit, rear bumper with spare tire carrier, 12.1 touch screen multimedia player w/360 camera, TPMS tire monitor, OBDII diagnostic scanner. I also had new fenders and fender liners installed. I’m sure I’m leaving something out, but they did an awesome job with everything. All wires were hidden with the audio install and looks really clean. Exceptional job all around, but most importantly I appreciate the honesty and integrity provided throughout the process. “FIVE STARS! Can’t recommend them highly enough. My Subaru had been misfiring repeatedly for 1-2 years, maybe longer. NO ONE could figure it out, and I even brought it to the dealership multiple times. I can’t bear to think about how much money I spent at the dealership for absolutely nothing. I thought they were the “experts.” Then someone recommended Thom at Facinelli Motors. He really took the time to be thorough and was diligent in investigating the cause. Finally he thought to check the timing belt—the dealership never even looked at it! And that was the issue the entire time.
