When I showed up in grand junction they told me they didn't have anything. When I tried to explain the citation this put me in they couldn't care less. That's when I got sent to Paonia and that's when we met Ali. Ali was friendly and professional, something no one else with Uhaul could manage to be. She got us going and we were able to get moved. Ali and the rest of the folks in paonia are great! Everything else about Uhaul sucks!”
