The Best Buy store has excellent customer service and knowledgeable people. There are tons of different TVs and they help pick one for needs. The selection is good but always busy, making it hard to get service from an associate, and when they do they are awesome. pick-up is great with only 15 minutes, and the walk from the car can be longer than the wait. The Geek Squad is easy, non stressful and educational for computer needs. Overall the store is smaller but the service is great and highly recommend.
