“When I did a Google search for touchless carwashes in Parker, Super Star was by far the highest rated. So I showed up, paid and then as I turned the corner I saw - BRUSHES!!!
I asked the attendant over, and he kindly helped me pull out and brought Samuel (GM) over to help with a refund. Samuel took my info and immediately darted away to do what was needed for my refund.
When he came back we had the most pleasant conversation. There was no pressure or negativity in his words or tone. Just by his kindness and knowledge, he had convinced me to go ahead and drive thru.
I must say, I was blown away at how nice a job the wash did. Samuel knew my concerns - he actually walked halfway thru the wash watching everything, and then met me shortly after in the parking lot while I was drying my BABY just to make sure I was pleased and not upset. He took a big risk that I could have been unreasonable or unkind but approached me without hesitation. He had a great big smile and a firm handshake.

“The assistant manager with the long blonde hair I believe his name is Jesse. Jesse always goes above and beyond for every customer. Every time I go to the car wash just he always comes by to make sure that my standards are always met with my vehicle. He is the most polite and hardworking young man I have seen at this car wash. This establishment is very lucky to have him and I feel I am also very lucky to have him there almost every time I wash my car. I will continue to keep my pass every single month because I feel like Jesse takes time with every customer to make sure their needs are always met. I just wanted to jump on here and thank this young man for everything he does for all of the customers that come through there and he brightens everybody's day with his smile and positive attitude.”

Having large & expensive equipment mounted on my vehicle, I’m not able to use automatic car washes.. I’ve been using this place religiously for the past two years and it’s become a joy to visit. Grab some Dutch and clean my truck! There’s rarely a line and all their equipment runs smoothly.
Today was the first day I’ve seen there be slight malfunction & the kindest gentleman came out to repair things immediately. The machine was having a little trouble taking my bills so he graciously paid for my service. I was so grateful and look forward to coming back to this facility for my biweekly wash up.”
“Have been using this car wash, manual bays and the Automatic Touchless drive through for years and years, longer than I can remember...! Never had an issue, well maintained. First issue was this month 6-2025 where the soap in the Automatic Touchless was sporadic and spitting, where it normally totally soaks and covers the car. I saw the owner when driving out and asked him to check it. He stated I could text him for a refund, and I did.
The next day, I saw a refund pending to my card, prompt, so thank you. He is communicative when texting.
I will add, the Automatic Touchless Wash does a VERY GOOD job, even on my Black car, and the wife's white one. Better than many others, even the brush ones (which I steer away from as they can scratch and leave swirls on your clearcoat/paint).

“Always a long line here, but it is one of the best touch free washes I've used. I get a discount code to get $2 off by joining the text club. If you are patient, come here. The first couple times I came went a lot faster because both stalls were open. For about a month they have been down to 1 stall.”
