“The work was great. My car came back looking better than it has since I bought it. The rest of the interaction was a bit sketchy. The key dropoff is in an unmarked garage door. It is not obvious at all, and I ended up leaving my key hidden on the car. The card reader was down, and no one was at a desk or anything, so I paid cash to the person cleaning my car. The car was supposed to take 4ish hours to be done, 6 max. When I hadn't heard anything after 7 hours I called and was told they were just finishing. They were not done and after waiting 15 minutes I drove home with my seats still damp. Like I said, the car looked great and in the end it was worth it. Just kind of a weird business experience.”

“**UPDATE - I was given a credit for the wash that sane day. The office was quick to handle the issue.. thanks again guys!!!This was my 2nd time using this location. I pulled up to the auto wash bay (middle one), entered my code and waited for the wash in front of me to finish. Once it finished, and the vehicle pulled out, I waited for the vehicle to pull ahead. It did, and I didn't get the green light, the screen just said the wash was closed and to come back again. So, as I was in a crunch, and once the screen went back to normal asking for a code, I entered the one from the purchased wash. It worked fine, but I'd really appreciate a refund of the wash I purchased for $18.75. I can provide further info if necessary. Please reply to this review and I'll get anything you may need.”

“I maintain a building in Denver and we've had Wash on Wheels out twice to our building to take care of graffiti I wasn't able to get off myself. Not only did they come and go in the space of an afternoon or a morning, but they removed the graffiti so well that you honestly couldn't even tell that it had ever been there. I'm honestly super impressed by the quality of their service. Brick is really difficult to get graffiti off of and after trying every chemical I had in stock and every technique I could look up online short of just blasting the surface of the brick clean off the wall, which somewhat defeats the purpose. I got it to look nicer, but they got it to look perfect. They came in, pretreated the brick, then washed it clear of any graffiti residue. Their staff was quick and professional, and we were literally in the process of booking an appointment with them when one of their techs came to our building to see what the wall looked like so they could plan accordingly. Next time I have graffiti on brick I'm going to save myself the trouble of trying and failing to get it off and just call them. Couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Even if they charge more than other outfits, they're absolutely worth it.”
