Costco Pharmacy is known for helpful, friendly, and compassionate staff who go out of their way to provide great service. The pharmacy team works above and beyond expectations, especially during critical times, leaving customers with a smile and a lasting impression. The service is quick and handled by well-versed employees. The store itself is great, with a good amount of items that are usually stocked pretty well, including some unique finds. The value and quality of items are on par with other Costco locations. Customer representatives are nice and helpful. However, the store can be a hit or miss depending on the time of day, as it gets packed at nights and on busy weekends, making navigation difficult. The parking lot could also be better situated. While the stores are virtually identical, customers appreciate the prices and quality. Some note that the free sample situation has gone downhill.

What can you expect on a Saturday besides a line? Honestly, it moved quick, and I was blessed to have Pam handle my pick up. You can tell she is a well versed Costco employee when it comes to customer service. She left my husband and I with a smile and lasting impression. Thank you, Pam!

I had not been to Costco for awhile. My nearest Costco is over 100 miles away, so it was fun to visit Costco while in CO. The stores are virtually identical, so it's hard to distinguish one from another. But I love their prices and the quality of the stuff they sell. I wish I had a Costco closer to me in FL.
