You guessed it, my insurance didn't cover the bill.
She let me know that on the website of the manufacturer, I could probably get a coupon code to help me with the cost on top of whatever the insurance might help with.
The result? A zero co-pay.
I'm not sure if this is a standard practice by pharmacists at Walmart, but being in the apartment industry, I wanted to take a moment and acknowledge the good Kristen did today in helping me receive and maintain the health care that I deserve.

I see several comments about the wait time etc. but I think people should keep in mind how understaffed and stretched the teams are. “Hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Very quick service, was always able to pick up my prescription in 5 minutes or less on a lunch break and was consistently able to get in contact with a pharmacist over the phone in a matter of minutes.
Wish the pharmacies in downtown Denver had the same quality of service, was only able to enjoy this location’s service for a few months before moving out of Parker.”

“We teiceved a 30 off coupon awhile back. And wanted to redeem it today. I usually go out of my way to this location. Because it is a little further from where I live. But they do have quite a few of the essentials I needed. The time we went was peak time as there were only a handful of parking spots. The coupon was for a regular priced item so I couldn't use the brand my dentist recommended. That's okay because there are alternatives. Plus I found some chocolates for bae. We also saw a few items on clearance from Christmas and Valentine's Day. Perhaps next time. Went to the self checkout and the lady was really helpful. She showed me how to use the coupon and scan the items. I don't usually rate an establishment five stars and I was really impressed at their customer service. A gold star in my book!”

“My favorite Walgreens!! I've been coming here for the last 10yrs for all my body/hair/skin care needs, makeup, snacks, office supplies, and cards/small gifts. The store is always so clean and organized and the customer service is outstanding. They have the most beautiful jewelry and hair clips that get updated with all the current trends over in the makeup section. Shauna is consistently a pleasure to see and brightens my day with her friendliness at the checkout counter. Derek in the pharmacy is amazing and is always so helpful with my prescriptions!! This is literally one of my favorite places to shop and I find myself in here multiple times a week. They always have all the essentials and the quality of service that makes you want to return back to the store.”
