He could have easily said no we can’t do anything as I was in the wrong but instead he brought it up to the higher management.”

Mark was fantastic despite not being able to resolve the issue him self he walk me through everything and spoke to the card services. Not happy about bellco and the automatic teller system phone line but mark was fantastic and genuinely pleasant to be around”
