They unlock the doors to the store, let people walk around shopping with employees not saying a thing then don't show up to the register and act surprised that you are there when the door clearly states hours 7-9pm in two spots. Terrible customer service. Also, Banfield is sketch ...have you seen the kennels they keep animals in??? Inhumane. There's a petsmart up the road in Parker, i definitely would make the extra trek to avoid this bad atmosphere. Picture with time stamp of doors wide the f open prior to 9am.

Love it here! They had exactly the food we love to buy our little cupcake! Plus the always have unique and amazing toys and little outfits to dress her in!

Went to PetSmart in Parker today and needed some crickets. No pre-bagged crickets and it was busy. I figured I'll just get some myself rather than bother an associate. Had bagged about five when a very angry female worker with short dark hair snatched the bag, said they are not self serve, dumped them out, and said if I need help I need to press a button. Seemed very spiteful instead of just taking the chance to educate and help a customer. Walked out. Not returning. Never seen someone so drunk on so little power. All hail the cricket queen.

This store has sold me a Plecostomus with ICH. I am highly disappointed. I have not even had the Plecostomus in my sons tank with my other fish for a full week yet. My son has had his fish for over 2 years now and none of them have died until this sucker fish was put into the tank. Now he has lost all 9 of his fish.

Signed up for beginning training sessions. First two went fine, our trainer was sick the next two week. We showed up to session and then we're told it would not be happening. Finei understand nothing you can do about being sick. Call us before the session time. Then the trainer was on vacation the following two weeks, which we were never told about until I called to confirm we were actually meeting. 0/10 recommend doing training with them. Super unprofessional throughout the whole process.

Didn't give us a call to tell us our dog was fine with her grooming appointment then closed early and when they saw me banging on the door to try to get in and pick her up they ignored me and then turned the lights off. The next day they called the cops on us for abandoning our dog. Also the new hairdo looks like Stevie Wonder tried his hand at dog grooming.

Everyone was very helpful, shelves were stocked, lots of selections and varieties, store was clean and organized, but they're out of the litter I use, unfortunately. I can't switch my 12 year old cats litter now, so I'll have to order online.

I feel they are either short staffed or need to organize differently. I like the store, dont get me wrong.. maybe they are just busy, which is also a good thing.

Great training classes and super friendly, competent staff. They were great when we were slowly acclimating our rescue pup to new people. Also Trainer Mindy is the absolute best.
