Employees are always helpful, and customers have had positive experiences with the staff. The stores are clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I was looking at cats and had a few questions. A really nice employee named David answered all my cat questions, taking the time to give me every piece of information I wanted. He even took the time to answer all my questions about some of my other pets.

Whitney was amazing with our dog! This is his best haircut ever. Definitely recommend coming here - it was easy to book, we were informed when to pickup and payment was easy. This location was great and all the staff were professional and friendly!
