“After I hit an antelope in my 2023 Dodge Ram I took the truck for repairs to T/A Custons. From the very first call they were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I brought the truck in for them to look at, diagnose and photogragh first thing in the morning, They dealt with my ins company and had all of the paperwork and claim requirements completed and necessary parts ordered by close the same day. It took 2 days for them to have all ordered parts in hand, and then had repairs fully completed and truck ready for pickup the same day I dropped it off. They even repaired a dent and tweek in the rear bumper(from different incident when someone backed into it in parking garage) while it was there for antelope damage and only charged me $50 to do it. There was no paint needed for my repairs so I think that helped with short repair time, but they have in-house paint capabilities if needed. I cannot say enough good things about this business! They are,.BY FAR, the BEST experience I have ever had with ANY collision business EVER! Will be using them for any future needs from here on out!”

“Hello and my name is Mark. On 4/16/2024 I was coming into Canon City Pulling my 5th wheel when without warning my back left wheel came off. There was no accident and no one was hurt. I made it to True Value Trailer where Bailey took great care of me. After inspection it was determined that due to lack of correct care when the bearings were inspected and packed last April the bearings seized up and the wheel came off. Also learned that my axels were only rated 5200 pounds for my 12000 pound 5th wheel. Bailey made everything right and was a pleasure to work with. She saved the day. “Not your typical salvage yard. This particular establishment has a full service system so you can come in and ask for a part they go out and pull it for you to pay for and take. I suggest calling ahead they tend to be busy so waiting for the part in the lobby may not be the most exciting way to spend the day.”
