“Great staff!. I went in to get a new hydraulic line for my tractor. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and had it measured and crimped in about 10 minutes . Also, there was a very old man who was hard of hearing who came in and was obviously a regular.. They were very kind to him and it made me think of my dad who passed at 105.. I don’t think this gentleman was that old, but I would have wanted him to be treated like they treated this man. Highly recommend!”

“The customer service at this location is superb! I was not having a great day, friggin radiator hose blew up, and they helped me find the part I needed. Then when my vehicle was still acting up after I replaced the exploded hose, the very kind lady, sorry didn't catch the name was willing to help me and my buddy out. Then when I had mentioned it as my birthday she offered me an awesome Napa cap, which was totally not expected and much appreciated!”

“This is about the fourth time I have visited O’Reilly’s. Each time one of the staff has greeted me when I came in and always are helpful. Getting me what I need. I have been returning my batteries there as well and they have been very good about getting them out of my car for me and giving me the money for them. Today, it was Brian who waited on me and he was very helpful and pleasant. He helped take out one of the batteries and carried it in for me. Since the batteries were not car batteries, but RV Lithium batteries he gave me a store gift card. I highly recommend the store for any of your Auto supply needs! And of course, to return batteries.”

“They are often booked out a bit, but have very good turnaround times when they get your vehicle in. Often a week or less depending on the repair. They do great work, too!”
