“I just have to say, this is the best storage and so have been with them for 6 years and have not only had the best service, but ( Delaina ), She is amazing and she has been so soo helpful for me. Not to be too weird or personal but I came from Texas to take care of my dad who is in the process of passing away. I can’t afford to stay longer… but plan on coming back as I am trying to save myself money by vacating my current unit, so I can save the money to come back to my dad asap before he passes. “I needed a storage unit quickly and this was one of the couple storage companies that had the one I wanted, the 5'x10'. They're situated behind the Walmart, not hard to find. They were super helpful and the process was quick. The deposit is a value. The unit was clean. The area felt secure and safe. They do not take debit or credit cards, so that is the only reason I took off a star. It would be nice to be able to pay instantly from anywhere, but also setting it on my bank's bill pay works perfectly fine. Thanks so much!”
“My battery to my died right before they closed. Oh No!! I was so worried that I was going to be in trouble with them and be forced to leave my unit. I called and Denise the district manager I believe was so wonderful and kind and helpful. She calmed me down and made me feel okay and not panicked.
