“They are the most affordable storage and cleanest storage I have ever rented from. They even went as far as to let me look and see if I wanted anything or of an abandoned storage and take what i needed because my home caught on fire. They truly are awesome!!”

“I needed a storage unit quickly and this was one of the couple storage companies that had the one I wanted, the 5'x10'. They're situated behind the Walmart, not hard to find. They were super helpful and the process was quick. The deposit is a value. The unit was clean. The area felt secure and safe. They do not take debit or credit cards, so that is the only reason I took off a star. It would be nice to be able to pay instantly from anywhere, but also setting it on my bank's bill pay works perfectly fine. Thanks so much!”
“My battery to my died right before they closed. Oh No!! I was so worried that I was going to be in trouble with them and be forced to leave my unit. I called and Denise the district manager I believe was so wonderful and kind and helpful. She calmed me down and made me feel okay and not panicked. “Overall, I was very satisfied with this storage location. I stored items here for a little over two years, including the period when it transitioned to being a U-Haul–operated facility.
The area feels secure, and the staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful.
The only real downside is dust. Things inside the unit do get very dusty—but this is Pueblo West, and this is an outdoor storage facility, so that’s honestly to be expected. If dust sensitivity is a concern, an indoor facility would be a better choice. Complaints about this feel a bit unrealistic given the environment.
I’ve seen reviews mentioning rats. I can’t speak to that, but in our unit we found a couple of mouse droppings—nothing serious. There are also plenty of daddy longlegs spiders, again, typical for an outdoor facility in this area.
Pricing is the one thing I’m not thrilled about: about $120/month for a 10×10×8 unit. That’s not a knock on this specific location—just something to be aware of when shopping for storage in general. Honestly, we’d all probably be better off if we just didn’t have so much extra stuff lying around. ?
