“My only complaint of my experience here was my lock/key. Would only open effortlessly when it was hot and dry. Sometimes I was there for like 5 minutes feeling d*** as hell but I always got it open. I also don't have a lot of experience with that kind of lock so no big deal.I got a bigger unit than I needed but that was actually beneficial to have a path and be able to access things as needed. Best prices of anywhere I called and great service. Really helped me out when I was in a jam. I was emergency evacuated from Skyview apts and I was at least able to save my things while I searched for a new home. While I no longer have my unit I would gladly go back if needed. Very grateful for my experience there and highly recommend.”

“I went to go rent a storage unit and the front desk Megan accommodated me by coming after hours to meet with me because I was in a desperate situation and had only one day to get my storage out of somewhere else. She gave me a really good deal one of the best I’ve seen around town and showed us where the donation unit was which I thought was a very nice amenity. Also, I was very impressed with how clean the storage units were kept inside! She was so nic, you just don’t get customer service like that much anymore. I also heard the owners are a really nice couple so I’m excited to be there. Plus I’m basically paying less for a 10x10 then I was for a 5x10 in Springs! So, I’m happy with my choice!”

And I have to give him props for how they designed the grounds. They designed it so the weather will not get into the units. Their rates are fair and well worth it.”

“We store out camper at Miller's RV storage and are have been very pleased! The monthly rates are reasonable and if you pay for a year in full you receive a discount. Security is also very good because the owner lives on the premises. Lastly, there is an RV dump that you have access to as a tenant. We really like that aspect because there is never a line, it's clean, and it's easy to dump your tanks then drop off your camper. I would definitely recommend Miller's RV Storage and we plan on continuing to store our camper there for years to come!”

“I've had a lot of storage facilities this one's nice 24-hour access you can walk in and out without messing with the gate. If you need a locker right away and might want to put your name in as soon because there is a list a long list but this is a very secure place with high tech security cameras all around makes me feel safe and my stuff is safe thank you guys and keep up the good work. If you need any insurance this is a place to come because they also sell insurance. Just look out for the two tiny dogs they will attack you and kill you LOL.”

They are also very understanding and willing to work with you, as long as your upfront and honest about whatever situation you maybe be stuck in. Also when u make arrangements with them about paying follow through with what you say your gonna do. So if you do get stuck in a bind they know your word means something.
