“Overall, I was very satisfied with this storage location. I stored items here for a little over two years, including the period when it transitioned to being a U-Haul–operated facility.
The area feels secure, and the staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful.
The only real downside is dust. Things inside the unit do get very dusty—but this is Pueblo West, and this is an outdoor storage facility, so that’s honestly to be expected. If dust sensitivity is a concern, an indoor facility would be a better choice. Complaints about this feel a bit unrealistic given the environment.
I’ve seen reviews mentioning rats. I can’t speak to that, but in our unit we found a couple of mouse droppings—nothing serious. There are also plenty of daddy longlegs spiders, again, typical for an outdoor facility in this area.
Pricing is the one thing I’m not thrilled about: about $120/month for a 10×10×8 unit. That’s not a knock on this specific location—just something to be aware of when shopping for storage in general. Honestly, we’d all probably be better off if we just didn’t have so much extra stuff lying around. ?

“The staff was super knowledgeable and efficient. The truck was of the quality promised. We were able to extend our use of the truck since it was available. The environment was super inspiring as this location has several small businesses including a creative store, right there. They also had an incredible Mexican food truck on the premisis The online experience was amazing. I would totally recommend this Uhaul provider again.”
“Called into this shop yesterday. Had our agent call into the shop to approve everything we wanted done. Pulled into the shop at 7am today (the next day). Found the service tech and pulled the tractor to where he wanted it. Hooked it up to the computer and boom. Ten minutes later we were on our way. Amazing service. Nice clean little shop. Highly recommend.”

“The front desk lady is a little gruff, but she will warm up to you. She is thorough and professional. I felt I got handed a little bait and switch since I asked for the exact model I was renting so I could youtube operating instructions. I got a totally different machine, but it worked fine.The yard personnel were just great. They were extremely helpful and friendly.The rental was expensive, but you have to consider that what I rented retails for $5,000.”

But that was not the case it's me haul and I'm to week to haul that's why I went there so they could haul. ..... So sad now I need someone to haul when I get the truck to move from my homeless shelter to Hawaii.”

“The gentleman that helped us I do apologize we don’t remember his name, but he was very helpful very knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to help us hook up the trailer and explained everything to us. We will recommend this location to anyone due to the fact that it was easy, smooth and fast to check out and to check the trailer back in thank you to this company.
