“I just left the store and had an amazing experience with Josh. I needed to find a new vape brand because my normal choice is not available in Colorado. He was very personable and was well educated about all my options he had available. He did NOT try to push me into the higher priced brands like most businesses do. We had a wonderful conversation throughout the process. At checkout he offered various forms of payment and even offered a bag for my small purchase. It is so hard to find excellent customer service nowadays. I felt it necessary to recognize his shop as one of those that definitely needs to be frequented if you are in need of any vaping items or similar supplies. “Steel City Vapor is a really good place to go for vape things. The owner is usually the one to greet you walking in. She's very nice and respectful. It's the only vape shop I personally go to in all of the pueblo area. It's down the road behind wallmart.They are a small business, and they run it smart. The shelves aren't super stocked because of this. They're a very wholesome place to buy vape stuff.”
