This very nice man who works there told me he couldn't fix my window because it was curved BUT

He took a he time to come out and talk to me and show me that I could replace the window my self, which I didn't know be for he told me.

This information that he gave me and showed me how to take my window off my self - took 5min out of his day but it was something that none of the other glass shops had done for me when I was looking !

He saved me time and money !

After he showed me that I could take the window off and suggested the junkyard I was able to replace the window my self with 4 easy bolts and for only $25!!!!!!

I had another place offering to put a piece of lexan in it for 200$ and safelight would have charged $400-500

That man taught me how to do it my self, information that I will forever retain.
He saved me a bunch of money.

All around I felt like he really cared about helping me . I am just so greatful.

“2/3 times good: Twice in the past they have offered to put small parts onto my car quickly for free, but I insisted on paying them something.... their guy came out in the summer heat and spent some time putting on a rubber gasket that Don's salvage found for my car. Also they did a good job fixing my car's bumper in 2021ish when they knew I was paying out of pocket (they found a cheaper than OEM part for a good price). The reason I took off a star is 3rd time I used them: pulled bumper off right side of my car coming out of the garage. Ordered OEM parts. Unfortunately, after they were done and I had paid, there was a gap between the car and the bumper and it doesn't look as nice as I had hoped (over $1400 repairs and 4 days rental car at $180). The friend who came with me to pick up the car was infuriated, but not much I can do as they explained it away as something that couldn't be easily fixed despite what was already paid them. Plus they left a big scratch on the body of the car right next to the bumper and didn't fix it even though they had the paint and the means.”
