“We were very impressed with Robby's service at the Pueblo location. He was amazing! He helped us so much with our elderly mother, meeting us at the door to help her in. Robby was very caring and took his time to show us several possible bed setups that could meet her needs. He even adjusted the legs on one bed to lower it for her to try it out. He demonstrated Excellent Customer Service, which was one of the main reasons we bought our new bed at this location. Thanks Robby for treating us and our mother with dignity!
Sales folks at the Colorado Springs stores could certainly learn from Robby's example. Our experience in those locations has always resulted in a negative experience, which had me saying we would never go to Mattress Firm again, but for some reason today we decided to try out the Pueblo location and we are so glad we did. We can hardly wait for our mother to enjoy her new Purple Bed setup!”
