I was advised by a self-proclaimed "super-picky home-owner" to meet Julie as the best paint store and the paint-advisor who helped her restore her home, so I took the advice.What I didn’t expect was that Julie came with a package-deal with her husband Cecile and her son, Joseph, all of whom went above and beyond to make my project as successful as possible. I realize many people believe that "paint-is-a-paint-is-a-paint" and go to one of the big box stores and simply buy a few gallons and off they go. The more I learned from Julie, Cecile and Joseph, the more I realized what quality paint really is. They provided home visits to inspect the painting project so that they could give me the best advice. When I couldn’t lift the 5-gallon paint bucket, Joseph volunteered immediately to follow me home and unload the paint for me on a Saturday morning. All the home-visits & delivery was done with such grace and at no point did they make me feel like it was any kind of imposition for them. They never implied that they were doing me a favor, though they certainly were. They are patient, generous, kind and appeared relaxed and low key considering their high level of expertise. You will get only a trustworthy, kind and caring service. They offered me a list of painters who they endorse, advised me on how to save money, and even gave suggestions about colors that might look good in various sections of my home. They recognized my learning curve and catered to it. Most importantly, I was astounded by the quality of people that they are.
