I made an online order here in June. It never arrived so I contacted support for a refund. They claimed it was processed July 31, I still have no refund. Contacting them just gives me an automated response saying it that's 15-20 business days to process. It's been three months.

This place has really got very expensive and their product is cheaper feeling now.

Went in with daughter to find a skirt for the first time. Fun clothes. They went above and beyond to look for more skirts in the back. Bingo, found exactly what she wanted. Employees were so helpful and fun.
