“I went in yesterday for some ear tapers. Being one of the few stores I was reluctant at first going to my old highschool stomping grounds 🤣 I'm 34 it's a little weird now kind of id still buy half this store....but not the point here. I was really taken back by the customer service.....she was extremely good at selling and even better at conversation....I would have totally wasted money and bought the wrong thing if not for the lovely red headed uma thurman y'all have working there....she took one glance at my ears and knew exactly what to tell me and size my gauge for a restrech perfect for me. I was super impressed if I wasn't saving for other things I very well might've let her sell me the whole store. Hire more like her. Excellent service great knowledge of product and even great upsales to thing I know would work for stretching ears.... impeccable by all means id return to this location comfortably without judgement of being too old in a store designed typically for teens. I like that shit still and don't need the judgement of the man child. I know I am lol she made me feel very welcome and comfortable in way my home growing up never could. Lol church families right? 🤣 I didn't get her name but I'ma go back just to.”
