“Sent a package from Pueblo West to Houston TX on 12/16/2022. It arrives in TX on 12/19/2022. A message said it was being returned because it had an incomplete address. Turns out I had put the complete and correct address on it after all. Lance and Jarod at the main post office in Pueblo on Fortino were instrumental in helping me find and get this package delivered. It took 33 DAYS!Kudos to our Pueblo employees! Shame on the Copperfield Annex employees who must be complete idiots.”

“I hardly ever leave Google reviews because it’s rare to come across customer service this exceptional. Candice at this FedEx location went completely above and beyond to help me ship a package, and she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, she was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me get everything handled correctly.
What stood out the most was Candice’s attitude and dedication. She didn’t treat me like “just another customer” she took the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I left confident that my package was taken care of. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly values customer service, which is hard to find these days.
Honestly, interactions like this are what keep customers loyal to a business. Candice’s personality, work ethic, and professionalism made me want to continue doing all my shipping business with FedEx. Employees like her are a huge asset to the company.
