Shoe Dept. Encore offers a varied selection of shoes, often at amazing clearance prices. Customers frequently find great deals, with many noting the helpfulness of staff members like Brittany and Steph. However, some shoppers have experienced issues with rude cashiers and difficulty finding specific sizes, particularly for wide shoes. While the store is generally organized, making it easier to find sizes, experiences can vary, with some customers noting they often do not find what they are looking for. Overall, the store is appreciated for its selection and prices, but the service quality can be inconsistent.
Tons of shoes to choose from, floor staff was friendly, didn’t carry what I went for.

This store use to be nice its a mess now. Upon checking out the cashier was rude slamming boxes on the counter when checking the size she had the wrong shoe i then told her they were different and she rolled her eyes while walking to the back to find the other shoes.
