“I've shopped there for years, they always have the better selection when it comes to skate shoes. I went a couple weeks ago and they didnt have my size in stock, so she ordered it to my house. I received the shoes pretty quickly, except they were a women's 11 instead of a men's 11. I called the store and the girl who answered the phone was super cool and assured me it would be a direct exchange or they would reorder for me again. I had bought 2 pairs (Murphy Lee and Nelly trained me) so not having the shoes immediately isn't a huge ordeal to me. Glad yall have been able to stay in business over the years we all know the Pueblo mall seems like a revolving door of business misfortune.”
“I got a gift card for this place for Christmas in which I used to purchase a new pair of boots. After about 3 months, the heel ripped off the right boot. Which I must admit that was pretty freaking quick, work boots usually last me 3-5 years. It's probably just a one-off fluke.
Anyway, I lost the receipt, so I went in there hoping they would be able to look it up by phone number. It was my first time in Cavender's, and I guess I didn't expect to be back for a good while, so I didn't put in my phone #.
However, they were able to find the transaction in their system by combination of it being a gift card purchase and the boot brand/style to find my transaction and traded me out for a new pair. Top notch customer service. Had I gone anywhere else, I'm sure I would have had to eat the loss due to not having my receipt.”
“I went in today to try and find a pair of Ariat BOA boots to try on in person. Carl immediately warmly greeted my wife and I upon entry! He was appropriately professionally dressed and was incredibly helpful! I have been looking at finding a pair of boots, but have not received any help at other retailers where Carl came up with solutions and suggestions that all were legit and showed positive direction towards the end goal. He was an incredible salesman and I will be going back there and suggesting others to go and work with him specifically and suggest you do as well! The reason for only 4 stars comes from who is I am assuming the manager. She micromanaged the transaction from the boot selection to even his sock and insole suggestions which was not needed as Carl was professional and incredibly informative. She also argued me on the reason I wanted the boot I was looking for as well as argued the tech shown on Ariats website. When I went to show her the site so that we could come to an agreement before I spent $300 on ordering a custom order boot, she said she was going on lunch. This energy turned me away unfortunately from purchasing anything today, including the boots my wife was interested in. Thank you again Carl!”

“Amazing customer service. My niece had picked out a pair of shoes that were under a $29.99 sign. When we went to check out the shoes rang up $59.99. We were going to put them back but the manager honored the price since all of the shoes were under the wrong sign. We were extremely satisfied customers! They’ve got our business!”
