“Bam Bam's is like a hidden gem! You don't expect to see quite the armament of weapons when you first walk in. First appearance of the outside, is a feeling of "there's a gun store in that building!?" And then you walk in and your first words are..."sweet grandmothers spatula! That's a lot!" As you prowl through the endless supplies, you walk with a grin on your face around the store like a kid in a candy store. It's a man child's candy land within four walls and a small footprint. This place was definitely worth finding. I gave 4 stars, because there is always room for improvement. What improvements? Well none at this time.Ohh! And the staff were very personable and polite and continued to ask if you needed or were looking for anything, so great customer service.”

“Amazing customer service. My niece had picked out a pair of shoes that were under a $29.99 sign. When we went to check out the shoes rang up $59.99. We were going to put them back but the manager honored the price since all of the shoes were under the wrong sign. We were extremely satisfied customers! They’ve got our business!”

“Customer service was good, I asked a lot of questions and received a lot of answers too cracked a few jokes as well with the employees. It was as close to as good as it gets for an aging sporting goods store. No complaints here.”
“Do NOT purchase a Horizon brand treadmill. Broke within three weeks. Two months later and STILL waiting for a technician to come and repair it. It's been broken much longer than it's worked. So, I gave Dicks $800+ donation, I guess.
The local store swapped out my treadmill without question (after exhausting other avenues).”
