“I walked in right before they closed on superbowl sunday at that.Anyways I wasn't rushed into just select and pay or bounce cause we trying to leave its after 600pm nope not at all and I took the very sweet and nice female that assisted, me right when I walked in. I don't know her name but hopefully this post will make the person and the shop give girl some props and recognition and she even suggested flavors she knew where good so I had to take her up on it, being a kinda new to vapes don't know whats good or not. Also great customer service along with everything else i wasn't disappointed when I leaved at all I was all happy. Keep up the great job and ll definitely be back forsure. Thanks Again for a great experience.”

“I went to Cosmic Vapes for the first time tonight unaware they were already closed. The owner was in a car getting ready to leave but when he saw me pull up he got out and told he was closed but he can sell me a vape real fast and he did when he didn’t have to. I was nervous because didn’t want to be a nuisance. I work in customer service and I know it can annoy some workers when people show up after close but he was kind told me it was no problem, explained his vape selection to me and I walked out of there so thankful. They earned a new customer”
“The gentleman I spoke with helped me out tremendously and I told him I was a beginner and just wanted a decent quality cigar to enjoy for thanksgiving and I was out of there within minutes with some great quality cigars! Super personable and these guys know their stuff! I’m extremely satisfied with the cigars recommended and would recommend any and everyone who enjoys cigars to please give these guys a visit! Best cigar shop in town and I will be going back in the future for sures!”
“I just left the store and had an amazing experience with Josh. I needed to find a new vape brand because my normal choice is not available in Colorado. He was very personable and was well educated about all my options he had available. He did NOT try to push me into the higher priced brands like most businesses do. We had a wonderful conversation throughout the process. At checkout he offered various forms of payment and even offered a bag for my small purchase. It is so hard to find excellent customer service nowadays. I felt it necessary to recognize his shop as one of those that definitely needs to be frequented if you are in need of any vaping items or similar supplies. She answered all of my questions and seemed like she really cared that I learned everything about the product that I needed. She is a great representative for the company and shows that she is good at and cares about her job.
