“Took my 2006 mazda 6 for a transmission filter and fluid change I live out of town so it was no easy task getting a ride back home ,I left the vehicle there for three days after paying them more than 600.00 I found the transmission was leaking so I took it back and they said it was the drain plug crush washer apparently they reused the old one I guess 600 + dollars does not cover a 3.00 washer so I drove it home and a day later I noticed it was leaking again so instead of finding a way to get my car up there a third time which costs me a lot of money I will fix it myself with a 3.00 washer and a lot of my time .After a fiew days I was contacted by the owner of the shop he was very professional and said they would change there policy on putting the old drain plug seal back on and only put new ones on going forward he offered a free oil change for my trouble I will probably not take him up on that because I live a ways away but it was a good jester and I appreciate that.I was since contacted again by the owner about the situation and he stated that he thought about my situation and how much trouble I had to go through and was giving me all my money back that I paid him even though I did not ask him for my money back for the transmission fluid change ,it is good to see that there is still owners of companies that have integrity and are honest you don't see that very often these days for that reason I am giving this company my highest review.”
“I was 1500 plus miles from home and still a long way from my destination. I was pretty much stranded on a Saturday in the middle of nowhere (not from anywhere near here) and every single place I called was either closed or not available for DAYS, my husband (who was not with me) found this shop and this angel of a man (Darren) showed up at 9 am on a Saturday and fixed my car as if it wasn’t a problem at all. Mind you, I had been to several auto parts stores and had repeatedly been sold the wrong part (I had finally found the correct part that morning) I had also been trying to fix the problem myself and the part that I had kept putting back together had fallen off completely at this point. He even checked all my fluids and called my husband afterwards to make sure I was ok. Darren went above and beyond, I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. You don’t find people like this anymore. I will always be great full for this man and his shop.”

“Moore automotive is amazing! I've taken 2 different vehicles in there because I was getting check engine lights. Thankfully nothing serious was wrong with either vehicle. Moore automotive didn't charge me anything for either diagnostic! If I would have taken my vehicles to the dealer, they would have charged $199 just for diagnostic. I will definitely be taking my vehicles here in the future for any issues.”

Jim listened to my concerns with the vibration and noise coming from under the truck. He was able to correctly identify the issue right away. Due to needing the truck to be road worthy right away, Jim was able to successfully modify to front differential to get my wife and to Arizona. When I get back to Pueblo, I’ll definitely have Jim finish the job.
I would highly recommend him for any transmission or drivetrain repairs due to his correct diagnosis and not trying to sell me something I didn’t need.”

“Quick efficient to the point foyer was clean. Coffee was good and what I noticed was Farmers, seniors, men and women Hispanics metropolis of the flavor of Pueblo go there that should tell you something if you don't want to wait in the foyer, they had a canopy outside with seating and dog friendly This was my first visit. He got me hooked. They let you negotiate The front desk was superb. Efficient showed empathy while negotiating over the phones I tried to negotiate our future endeavor. I'm still working on it but their their reasoning was very professional. It's a business. They honored the coupon that I had. They also have a connection with Lyft. If you needed a ride back to your home I'm sure it's within reason and then come back and pick you up to get your car. It was nice to see a local business with The high expectation of taking care of the customer. This was my observation sitting in the foyer.”

“I left a previous post about aircondioner service on my Jeep wrangler. I said they should have known which refrigerant should be used. It turns out the only way to know is inspect the aircondioner system on the wrangler. It turns out two different types of refrigerant was used on that vehicle.
I will use them on future service needs.
