“We had a blown out tire on the side of the highway and couldn’t get the shredded tire unwedged from the wheel hub. We called el chapo for roadside assistance and they cut/pried the tire shreds and changed both tires in under an hour. He even took the shredded tire with him instead of leaving it on the side of the road. We really appreciated his thorough service during a really stressful time.”

“I am struggling to make ends meet. I went into the store on thames because my alignment was off. When they told me the price I was glad it was so cheap but I was gonna have to use several cards to pay the bill and when the young man that worked there seen this he said to let him go make sure if there isn't a few things he could bolt down tighter to make it run good. Well when the manager asked me a question about my car he said we could go look real quick when I didn't have an answer and took me to where they were working on the car and low and behold the young man was in the middle of giving me the alignment for free. I didn't expect this and it couldn't have happened at a better time because I could not afford it and I had just started a job so I couldn't loose it. I'm beyond greatful and it seems like I always leave the store on thames in Pueblo happy so good on you guys there”

“It's difficult to find a place that has all the things you wants from an auto shop... good communication, quality work, honest diagnostics, and reasonable wait time. This place has all of them! I moved down from Colorado Springs in January 2025 and was a skeptic on finding a decent auto place here. Being a woman, many auto places won't give you a straight answer or try to sell you on items or work you don't need. But, I have already gotten a few oil changes and other small repairs and a tune up here so far, and they have gone above and beyond in making sure I understand what they are going to do and even finished my car sooner than expected, despite having to order parts. I'm extremely grateful to have found them!”

“Stopped in to get air in my tires late before closing they were busy but Joseph came out with a smile and help even informed me that I was actually over filling my tires and corrected them!! Not only that he saw one of my caps was missing and gave me a new one when I tried to give him money for helping me he denied and said not to worry about it!! he also told me my tires were looking a little worn out and whenever I was ready he would give me the best price around and just to talk to any of them there. Not sure when but I will most likely be back because he was awesome”

“Last summer I was stranded because I couldn't get one lug nut off to replace a flat. The last place I bought used tires off of highway 50 mounted them. I also had to return there before because they didn't pull an old plug out and patch a tire that went flat near Demver. Needless to say I wasn't going there again. Anyway, I drove it home and called Colorado Tire the next day. Nico drove out in their service van and checked it out. He started replacing the other three tires while John came out with tools to remove the lug nut. It was so tight it wouldn't budge. It was to the point of calling to have it towed. After John and Nico taking turns grinding, hammering with a chisel Nico hit the lug with the chisel and it finally turned. He mounted the last tire and got me back on the road. I went threre a couple months ago and the rotated them for me at no charge. Great tires and great service. Thank you guys!!”
