We were stranded two hours away from home, and over an hour away from any family members that could help. *** side note: Ford Ecosport vehicles do NOT come equipped with a spare tire!*** We will be replacing all of my tires there in the near future, and purchasing another wheel so I have a spare tire. We are so grateful for the amazing service! Also...this wonderful service was at the end of their business day, and STILL did a fantastic job!”

“Jesse is great! I got a flat while visiting Pueblo and he not only got me in quickly but also showed me the wires were visible on the insides of my front tires. I have a set of Toyo Celcius IIs on order back home in Buena Vista so I didn't want to spend a fortune on tires I'm only going to use for a few days, and he was able to get me back on the road quickly and at a very reasonable cost. “My bapa lost his clutch on his 1972 dodge challenger he had it towed to superior tire, then Norman took a look at it, fixed in 2 hours he also got his header crushed so he took it to the same place and they fixed it pretty quick and it looks better than the other header so good job to the staff. “After getting the run around from the Pueblo Colorado Love's for 4 1/2 hours and only had two trucks in front of me for a simple $30 tire swap they said couldn't help me after making me wait so I called GCR now switching over the Southern tire Pueblo Colorado and they told me come right over and we got you. Drive over there and in 15 min. they had me in and out rieal friendly staff there. I also got a blown trailer tire way out at the end of DOT road 30 miles from anything. I call them 10 min to closing time and they had a truck out to fix my tire in 35 min it's a 30 min drive out here. And the service man was super friendly and fast.”

“I have to say I was impressed. My car broke down heading to work and I was stranded on I-25. My first impression was a bad alternator. I got towed to the parking lot of an O'Reilly's across the street from the good year station. I tried repairing it myself and getting everything tested at O'Reilly's but got no answers. I decided to walk across the street to the good year station and asked them about my vehicle. They came across the street, picked up my car, picked up my battery and ran diagnostics. Turns out I just needed to replace the alternator belt due to slippage on the pulley! Vince and Chuck were very informative, professional and considerate of my situation and helped me find the right solution. I'd recommend anyone with vehicle troubles to seek their advice and service!”

“This place is not only beautiful to look at but have staff with beautiful hearts I will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed if they say 10 minutes it be that exactly to the second not only do they move fast but they treated my truck as if was theirs I was truly impressed with the customer service and the friendly staff there you rarely here yes sir and no sir anymore but that was how I was greeted with every question I asked I was told this business has been there for 19 years and I see why they give excellent customer service with a smile so all you single moms and dads with limited time please stop in and get to k ow these guys they truly make life wonderful I will never go back to Walmart because of lack of common sense if I buy 5 quarts of oil and the truck requires 6 1/2 why not call me back to TLE so I can pay for the extra oils required to fill it properly how d*** can one person be and the manager said they didn’t fill it up because of money issues but if I brought my truck up to them wouldn’t have so money to pay I was a regular customer so they knew I knew how much oil it takes but anyway please cost the log cabin you will not be disappointed thanks again to all the staff and manager for being a caring and sweet companyServices: Air & cabin filter replacement”

I called them the next morning (Saturday) and they said to swing by and they’d have me taken care of in 10 minutes.
