Im so tired of the pos atm at this place everytime I deposit here there is trouble ahead then the bank people inside want to do absolutely nothing to help you smh I have to sit on the line with the people to chase my money down and get a refund and wait 10 or 20 days for them to refund the money

This is the bank I always go to and they have good set of staff that are very helpful.

Shannon Goodwin really is a person who should not be in customer service, she is rude and has a bad attitude towards people, she is not professional at all.
