However, there are concerns about long wait times, particularly at the drive-thru location on Hart, which has frustrated some customers. So when will the drive thru on Hart location be opened again? This is ridiculous and waiting in line for an hour. I'm ready to change my account.

There is only 2 tellers working at any given time, at every location. The employees are nice but I do not have the kind of time needed to bank with Wells Fargo.
