The wait at the drive thru is unacceptable. I waited 35 minutes on a 25 degree day while I watched staff ignore me. I finally went inside and waited another 12 minutes. Disgusting service.

After 22 yrs I'm done. Something has changed in the last 6 weeks. Money goes missing. Things aren't adding up right anymore. I found out my fellow co-workers who bank here have been having the same problems. 220.00 missing now. Not good my app doesn't match what they have our what my e-statement has. I no longer trust nor recommend this bank to anyone. Please think twice for deciding on this place. Not complaining about this specific branch but the bank as a whole

$7 to cash a check from their own bank. Walmart across the street is cheaper at HALF the price for the “risk” of a bad check. Your response makes no sense!!

I wouldn't recommend this bank any longer. Been a member for almost 30 yrs and was treated bad last week. The short, stalky, lady teller was hateful and rude. I have no idea why, but she better count her blessings I haven't turned her in yet. I was given the branch managers name, Andrea and I was told from another branch to call the 800# bc they will deal with it effectively. One more time, just one more darn time I am singled out and treated the way I was I will be talking with corporate and raising all heck. Its terrible when you can't find good customer service anymore.

They talked me into installing app and it's malfunctioning. Had to spend another 45 minutes on the phone. The phone call won't allow access to accounts like it used to, so you have to call in. Customer isn't valued as wait times are under 25 minutes, like all US Bank customers have nothing to do but wait for access to the accounts that seem to be held hostage! When my husband passed it was extremely hard to get them to honor cash back too. Definitely time to switch to a credit union!

Went to the ATM to deposit money and the ATM shut off on me during my transaction making it incomplete. Submitted a claim weeks ago and recieved a letter today saying my claim was denied. That was my rent money. This bank has stolen so much money from me I am sick of it. Tried to get ahold of their claims department and was put on hold then told to do a survey based on the customer service I recieved which was none because I didn't even get to talk to anyone. I will be switching banks as well. Do not bank with them unless you don't mind being robbed all the time.

If I could give it less then 1 star I would. Your bank had swallowed my bank card and cash for the last time. You have inconvenienced me for the last time. Driving 21 miles to have your bank card swallowed is mildly frustrating. The fact I can't pull money out when we have babies arriving on the farm....Come Monday I will no longer be your customer.

This bank is a slowest bank that I knowIt is sad that they have very little tellers here I got two bank accounts in this BankAnd they still can't get enough people hereThen they say I still say I that two people in front of mePeople who come in deposit the commercial deposits should Have their own personal tellerSo it makes it go faster for everybody else

I live about an 1 hour 45 min away from a us bank. I came up to see if I could get a $10 fee credited since I was told by a customer service agent from us bank that they'd be happy to do so. And sure enough the branch manager don't know her name dark hair gal that works there said she won't credit it. I mentioned id call the customer service and get them to fix it since they said they would. She stated she would note the account so they wouldn't credit me.. So we closed the account so I wouldn't keep getting charged this monthly fee. I just left and Called the customer service line and the lady said IF they wouldn't of closed the account she would've happily credited me!! This locations customer service sucks. I won't be returning. I can't believe the BRANCH MANAGER was so rude over a silly little fee. That would've been easily resolved. I just drove 2 hours for that.

I like this branch a lot for its convenient location, also the ATM and the US Bank app are really great.I removed one star because the drive through takes a very very long time. This seems to be a very popular branch so during times like the lunch hour and 5pm, don't expect a quick wait in the drive through. Even when the lobby is open it's like this, but again, probably just because it's a very popular location and near so many homes. It just gets frustrating when you look across the street and the bank across from us has few cars in the drive through.The inside of the branch could use a major update - it is small and cramped and feels like it's from the 1980s. However the people are helpful and I'm always able to get business done, so it's no major thing. Tellers seem to come and go for the most part, but I've never had a bad experience or unpleasant interaction.
