The waiting time is very bad, up to 20 minutes waiting, but that is not the problem, the problem is that you arrive first in the service line and they serve you last.

The wait at the drive thru is unacceptable. I waited 35 minutes on a 25 degree day while I watched staff ignore me. I finally went inside and waited another 12 minutes. Disgusting service.
