“Our puppy was seen for emergency services. Our puppy had been diagnosed with seizures from small animal clinic and refused to refil the medication. But this clinic had empathy and compassion. Providing the medication and was well worth every dime ?”

“We have been going to Pets and Friends for almost 40 years. We became loyal to them because once (around 1986), we had a dog that got hit by a car, and they opened up at night and took him in to deal with the pain of his broken leg until waiting for the next day. A different clinic told us to give him an aspirin and call them in the morning. Vets there have come and gone over the years, but they still treat us and our pets with dignity and kindness.”

“Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Dr. Barber has always been wonderful with my pets and followed her when she left her previous clinic, she is just that awesome! The technician Michele was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was great except the curly haired woman at the front desk, she was not friendly to me or my family. I get Everyone has a bad day but she was unfriendly to everyone who came in while I was waiting and when I checked out she acted like I was bothering her. Probably would recommend a career change if this is the way you are going to act at a front desk!”

“They're always good at getting us when they can. Answering my questions over the phone. Helping me decide if we even need to take our dogs in. They were so good to my dog and patient with us. They removed a volley ball size cancerous tumor from her uterus. When we picked her up she was so happy! Thank you all for taking such great care of her! Our old lady means the world to us and that was the hardest choice to make but we are so glad we did!”

“Dr Matt is like fam now, he has treated our precious dogs during the hardest time. He understood we want to give them every possible chance. Every-time we see Dr Matt we remember how he teated our little figgy, with dignity and respect. Mesa Vet is heaven sent, I would love to see them get funding to better care for our rural area and with wonderful vets like Dr Matt.”

“I’ve taken my 3 dogs here for many years. All of the doctors and assistants have been great. I see reviews about the front desk workers being rude, but I think that they are simply straight forward to get a difficult and busy job done. Every time I’ve come in they’ve treated me with the utmost respect, even in the case of an emergency. They keep things clean and affordable. They’ve always been attentive and thorough. I appreciate the difficult job you guys do!”
