HORRIBLE BANKING INSTITUTION. If customer service and help when you need it is important to you, REFRAIN from Wells Fargo at all and any cost. You will never get any help or compassion from the 1800 numbers that they provide, they have costed me a TON of money and anguish dealing with just having one credit card from them. There are many brilliant credit card companies that exceed expectation unlike this place here, I am happy to say I will never bank with them again, and I will never recommend them to a single soul. I am frustrated that I ever wasted my time dealing with Wells Fargo.

Wow, I told them I wanted my account closed because they stole a $100 out of my account. I asked to speak with the highest manager and she said. I can't close your account! I said I wanted my account to be closed today I do not want to bank with them anymore!She tried locking me in the building. I said you open those doors right now. And you let me out, so she did. And let me out.....I can not believe she tried locking me in. I was scared I was like what are they doing and why is she locking me in the building. That is illegal I can't believe it! Wow guys be careful...I will be in touch with corporate! Do not get locked in Wells Fargo that was like hell.

Kicks you while you're down. Didn't owe a cent to them and they closed my credit card accounts because of my credit score. Now imagine my credit score after they closed my card with $10,000 dollars backup credit that I COMPLETELY paid off. Believe the rumors. Wells Fargo is scum. Avoid.

this was the second time i have tried to use the atm and all it kept saying unavailable. what gets my goat.... now i have to pay a fee elsewhere because i can't get my money from my own blasted bank and worse yet they won't reimburse me the fees because its not a wells fargo bank atm.... you think i enjoy driving all over creation looking for an atm where i xan get the anount i needed..... good lord.both today and july 3rd not available.. maybe we need to go back to using all cash and forget the banks!

Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone there. Seriously if they're to busy to answer a phone call by customers then it's time for wells Fargo to stop closing other branches. You're putting to much on a single branch. You all aren't a small banking company. I have to make an appointment that's weeks out to see if they're short money. That's absolutely crazy. I don't know who is worse in banking anymore. Wells Fargo or US Bank. Wells Fargo has zero customer services and not enough locations to satisfy their customers and then US Bank hides money for weeks. It's a tie. I'm sorry if the banker is being held responsible for any money shortages not much I can do without being able to speak with anyone at this Branch

The bank teller there named April that assisted me last thursday was so helpful. She was so proactive and provided alternatives with my concern. She went above and beyond. I hope she get acknowledged and informed how she was of big help for us.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for years never had an issue till today. I had to get a new debit card I called early in the month to see what I needed to do to replace it since it was my first time. So here we are in May and still haven't received it called today and I get told that it was never set up for it to be sent out when I spoke with someone a few weeks before said it was all good. So now I have to wait another 5-7days to receive. Not acceptable I'm very disappointed with the service I have to be without because they don't know what happen great customer service ?

I walked in the door and immediately saw and heard the bank teller coughing her head off and apologizing after every episode. If you are sick stay home! I literally walked out. Management shouldn't allow a teller to be sick and make transactions with hundreds of people. How selfish

Today, February 10, 2023, I had an appointment at 11:30 am. I arrived early for my appointment at 11:15 and was attended by a banker named Leti, a woman of color. I asked her to open a specific account for me and I think she had no idea that account existed, once I convinced her and showed her that it did exist, she told me that my appointment time was up and to make another appointment because I had to attend his next appointment at 12 pm, which annoyed me since he only had 15 minutes there attending to me. I told him that I wanted to talk to his manager, the manager arrived 5 minutes later and told me that my appointment had ended and that because I didn't know what I wanted, my appointment time ran out, I replied that I did know and that I just I wanted to open an account and I explained to him what had happened with the banker's position, but I don't trust my words, he told me that because I spoke Spanish and my English was not understandable enough, I was going to look for another branch ?. It should be noted that there was an interpreter on call who was hung up on the phone at the time the clock struck 12 pm.
