System made me reenter all my info from an online transaction.

Employee was rude. I took my disc of pictures to print and instead of him telling me that the disc readers don't work as he saw me with them when I walked in he waits til I'm struggling to figure out and he tells me "those don't work" real rude like I'm stupid.
