The pharmacist was so kind and patient with her and even though she was crying, he let her take her time and work through her feelings and she went ahead and got the shot. This kind of experience is precious in this age of big box pharmacies and I just can’t express how wholesome and heartwarming our experience was.”

“Every employee in this store is kind, supportive and cheerful, except the heavier set woman at self checkout, who often actually leaves her post at to stand insultingly near me, doing nothing at all, each time I pass her station.”

“I genuinely like Walgreens for their pharmacy and wide array of other items they offer. I use their pharmacy due to injury and feel like they sometimes just treat you like a number. I have used the call center to inquire about a script I was waiting on to be authorized. The guy I got on phone was a complete idiot. . Never again will I use their call center. Anyway Walgreens has been around for years , although compared to other retailers I think their prices are slightly higher than other stores. All in all they are convenient, have a drive thru and a big parking lot.”

“We had to order the Michelin tires we wanted. Online, it indicated that it would take 8 days. Went to the store and they got the tires in one day! We could have gotten them installed the day they came in. We scheduled the next day. They said it could take up to an hour. Took less than 40 minutes!
All the reps we dealt with were super!
We were given a list of maybe 20 things that were supposed to be done. All were done and efficiently.
Over the last 15 or 20 years, we have bought several sets of tires. Only once did we not use Sam's!”

The customer service associates are professional, courteous, and empathetic. The pharmacist has a mindful approach.She did ask if I have questions pertaining to my medication. Though if a customer requires more time to understand, a consultation section would be appreciated.”
