“If I could give Pugh Truck and Auto 6 stars I would. I was on a road trip when my van started to smell strongly of transmission fluid and smoking. I called every mechanic from junction to Glenwood and nobody could take a look at it for weeks. Ron, however said to stop on by, and that he'd make time to look at it that day. I got bad news: my van inevitably needed extensive work. I hadn't found a mechanic I could trust with my special van- few people new what to do with a dual clutch transmission. But Ron did. Ron was with us every step of the way, through curve balls and setbacks. He was honest, communicative and straightforward to work with. His rates were a fair price. In the end, he fixed a van we worried we might have to scrap. I cannot thank him enough for everything he's done to help us.”

“Our truck was pulling to the right and vibrating at highway speeds. They balanced all our tires and rotated for a great price and got us back on the road. The shop was rough looking in the outside but they did a good job and were very polite getting the job done in a timely manner.”
