“Would not cash my United States Treasury Service check regardless of my multiple valid forms of identification after telling me the day prior that they would cash it with those valid identifications. Also told me that Wells Fargo was not compatible with the United States Treasury's financial system, therefore they would not cash my check. Great Success to you!”

“I have been banking with Alpine Bank for probably going on seven years now, and my experiences have always been absolutely amazing, and never anything less. I’m not anyone special, I make a normal amount of money, and at times I struggle to make ends meet. Alpine Bank has always made me feel special, simply for banking with them. I’ve never had a company consistently treat me so fairly, and make me feel like I was important to them. They truly do care about their community and their local residents, I speak from personal experience. They have the best customer service by far, and I can’t think of a single company that has employees who care more about their customers. They feel more like friends and neighbors when you deal with them, than bank employees.
