“I had an extremely difficult experience trying to transfer my elderly grandmother’s phone service, and the customer service representative we spoke with over the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Thankfully, we went into the AT&T store in Poncha Springs and met Kiriana. Kiriana was absolutely outstanding! She was patient, kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. My 84-year-old grandmother doesn’t know much about technology, and Kiriana took the time to explain everything and make sure she felt comfortable. She even helped us navigate the difficult situation with the phone representative. What started as an extremely stressful experience turned into a great one because of her. AT&T, you have a wonderful employee in Kiriana—give her a raise! She deserves it. Excellent customer service and an outstanding employee!”
