“I had such an amazing start with this place! I have been camping and my doggie had been having worms issues. It was terrifying along with my situation out of my job loss I just heard recently. After a few places I tried to find around the area to hope for a way for solution, I was able to find this place. The gentleman at the front was extremely professional and caring. His name is Dean. For his service and also check with doctor Wendy, we were able to come up with better ideas and recommendations for my case. I did set up an appointment for tomorrow, I’m very excited and grateful to be choosing this vet in the future for the long run. With the respect of this family own vet, thank you for seeing me and thank you for the kindness that you guys hold for animals 🙏 Will update the story as I go for the best outcome as possible!”

“I have a rescue dog who is usually terrified of people he doesn't know and tends to be highly reactive, especially in new situations. When his shots came due, I went to Mtn. Shadows and told them that I had a highly reactive dog needing his boosters. They were understanding and cleared the office for me to bring him into the exam room. Now Bandit will loose his cool with everyone and everything in these types of situations, but to my surprise, he took it like a champ. Instead of having to carry 65 lbs of him thru the office, he walked in with me with minimal hesitation. He did stiffen up and and was a little defensive in his posture, but he pretty much kept it together and went into the exam room with me. While waiting for the vet, Bandit was engaged, curious of his surroundings and responsive when I talked to him. Situations like this would usually leave him paralyzed in fear. Instead, he was sniffing things out and checking under the door to see what was happening on the other side with ears up and even some tail wagging. When the vet came it, he wasn't comfortable with a stranger being that close to him and went right into his defensive mode. We had to do a muzzle just long enough to do the shots. The vet worked quickly and Bandit was unmuzzled and back off the exam table in under a minute. On the way out, Bandit was a little uneasy, but still curious about his surroundings. And even though he left a little timid, he walked out with me (no carrying) with ears up and no tail-tucking. I don't know why he handled it as well as he did, but I would guess it's that just the environment didn't feel too threatening for him. Overall, great visit and a healthy dog.”

“I am so happy to have found them. While traveling my Golden developed an infection in his eyes. They were able to get me in and take care of my baby the same day.
