“We have 2 UPS stores in Castle Rock. I have been to both of them. Store #1840 is BY FAR my favorite. I have been seeing them for years. Usually for Amazon returns, sometimes more complicated things. The employees at this store have gone above and beyond. Every. Single. Time. Its not just me. I have watched them over the years treat all customers with respect and dignity. Eye contact. Smiles. Pleasant greetings and goodbyes. They have always been willing to do more than is expected of them.”

“I accidentally addressed my package to the wrong address. Luckly, Alec at Fedex had suggested I take a photo of my receipt which I forwarded to the person I intended to send the package. They saw my mistake and I immediately called Fedex. Fedex was able to reroute my package to the correct address without any delays or additional fees. Something I never could have done with USPS! Not to mention I would never have realized my mistake until it was too late. Thank you so much for your proactive insights and for looking out for me!”
